What is Qigong? Take the word apart: Qi and Gong. Qi, also called Ki (Korean) or Chi (familiar to the West) is Energy, the animating life force. Gong is Chinese for “work” or “movement”. So Qigong is the movement or making of Qi (chi) to flow.
