Speed is not the most important aspect of training. Here are several reasons why other factors can be more crucial:

1. QUALITY over QUANTITY!

*Form and Technique:* Proper form and technique ensure that the exercises are performed safely and effectively, minimizing the risk of injury.

*Mind-Body Connection:* Focusing on the muscles being worked can enhance muscle activation and growth. Incorrect training leads to incorrect performance.

2. CONSISTENCY!

*Regular training over time leads to gradual improvement and long-term results, which is more beneficial than sporadic bursts of high-speed training.

3. REST & RECOVERY!

*The body needs adequate rest between sessions: it is essential for muscle repair and growth. Over-training can lead to injuries, and if you are injured, you cannot train.

4. ADAPTABILITY & FLEXIBILITY!

*Being able to adapt your training regimen based on feedback from your body, such as managing aches and pains, can lead to more sustainable and enjoyable training. If you “hate it”, you won’t stick with it!
