Has the Time Change Got You down?
Face it, every time we have to “SPRING FORWARD” or “FALL BACK” we are forced through a small Jet Lag.
OUR BODIES ARE NOT CRAZY!
It doesn’t matter if the clock says it’s 9 AM.
Our body knows what time it really is!!
So use Qigong practices to reset your Body Clock!

The first major Reset is to watch the Sunrise and then watch the Sunset.
It is OKAY if you have to sleep in between those events.
The direct sunlight on your Face (and reaching the pineal gland) is the secret.

The second Reset is to use the Meridians to do micro-adjustments throughout the day!
It’s like synchronizing a watch when you notice it might be a few minutes off!
Don’t understand “Meridians”? We do this in class and I will post some YouTube videos soon for our students!

And the third Reset is standing barefoot on the ground!

Truly! I know it’s tough when the weather is NOT good.
This option depends a lot on your current health and stamina.
