Getting Older
I’m not as good as I once was……
Like it or not, we are all getting older.
Remember being able to “put away food” and NOT getting fat or bloated.
I remember being able to eat certain foods and not get extreme heartburn or other fun “Digestive Adventures”!
I remember being able to bounce onto the mats without stretching, working out like a beast and then boucing off without feeling it later….
my how time flies.
The bottom line is we all age and go through life stages.
Denial won’t change it, and ignorance can be unhealthy.
So let’s get together and learn and train to match our LIFE STAGES.
Our lives and minds have Seasons just like the Earth.
If we live in harmony with it, our quality of life is higher and more fulfilling.
Right now in late May we are in the EARLY SUMMER Season.
